I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant Brandon Mize when I entered the Burlington store location. He asked questions about the style of furniture I was searching for and explained the various genres and categories of furniture which helped me make decisions. He showed me both online and floor examples which also helped. Brandon was an exceptional sales consultant and I will reach out to him for any future furniture questions or needs I have.

I called ahead and asked what was available in my needs of a new dining room table. The salesman was ready when we got there and showed us what the store had. We left and went home to messure and think about it. I emailed salesman the next day to say we were going to take a table. I went in that afternoon, he was ready for me and I ordered the table with a hopeful delivery of Christmas eve. Everything was smooth and satisfactory. Hopefully delivery will be ontime and just as satisfactory.
