An associate greeted us at the door and walked us through all of the sectionals they offered for us to see which one would best fit our needs and our living room since we were not really sure what we wanted.
Shannon Wade was friendly, professional and knoweledgable. He pointed out the pros/cons of what we were considering, asked how/where we’d be using the chairs, showed us the underneath construction. He was patient, did not pressure us and we found two leather recliners.

My sales consultant (Robert Dickerson) was very knowledgeable about the products I looked at. Most important to me was at the end of our discussion the price was exactly as quoted...no surprises. I can't tell how often I walk away from deals because the sales person "forgot" to disclose some cost. Mr. Dickerson was honest and forthright.
We were looking for a TV console and lamps. Our salesman was extremely helpful showing us what was available but was not pushy at all. It was a pleasant experience!

The store is very well set up and you guys have beautiful pieces of furniture. My salesperson wasn't very pushy and she took her time and went over everything and made me feel right at home. I would definitely return and buy more furniture at Ashley Furniture
