Our salesperson provided excellent service.
He was personable, knowledgeable and courteous..He showed us around and talked with us and explained all of the offers and policies without the sales-pitch delivery tone.
He was great!
Also the layout of the store is very appealing.

Randy Smith, Sales Consultant, was very helpful in showing me the recliners in the Greensboro Store. He didn't crowd me. He also went to the extra effort and hooked up one of the power recliners that I was interested in. I told him I would have to bring my husband back to look at it.

Mr. Shannon Wade answered all my questions and made several suggestions to give me the best choices for the loveseat I am interested in purchasing. He also made a worksheet of my four choices to lock in the prices for seven days since my husband was not with me that day. He was most helpful and very professional.
