The sales representative, Clark, went out of her way to share with me all possible options that met my criteria. Because I was shopping at the Outlet and wanted something as soon as possible, Clark physically verified that the number of available products shown in the computer system was accurate. She was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, texting product information to me so that I could make an informed choice by comparing my options.
