1st of all...Greeting as I entered. Cleanliness, products or items of choice, amount of time it took for sales rep to assist me and friendliness of store personnel.
Thai assisted me with whatever I wanted to see and help me finalize my purchase. She was thorough and very good at what she does!

What did you like about your experience?

The showroom looked excellant and well thought out and actually had items that were for today's homes. Our sales person was awesome but the only thing you lacked were recliners - normally you have a lot to choose from but not this time which is understandable in these times.

A very patient sales person. She too her time to show as all there's in the show room and also allowed us to look as long as wee needed without and pressure.
