The lovely people. All sales people are so nice and helpful. No stock on a lot of stuff and it makes everyone rather frustrated. Including the staff. It makes it very difficult for sales people to do their jobs when they are trying to sell what Ashley’s doesn’t have. I guess it will sort itself out soon enough. Got my couch and finally got the ottoman. Thank you :)

However, I'm still waiting for the product that I purchased. It is a month past due. Was supposed to be delivered in mid-June. I've already made one payment, and will be soon making another!
