I had a great experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in Greensboro! I was greeted by Thai Elliott and she was fantastic! She was very helpful and also just a very pleasant person. It was refreshing to have a positive customer service experience! I went down the street to another furniture store as well and there were 5 people walking around the store and not one of them said hello or asked if I needed assistance so I turned around and walked out! The representative who assisted me from start to finish, Oniel Young was WONDERFUL!!!!! He greeted me with a warm welcome, pointed me in the area I needed to be in, allowed me time to browse and pick out what I liked, and was readily available at the end to seal the deal. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
