The shopping experience was excellent. However the delivery of what I purchased is pending. So the quality and condition of your product is still to be experienced which is actually the most important part. Your survey is too soon to be accurately responded to. Delivery to complete the experience is what you should focus on. You’re missing the most important part of the sales process. Will I get what you sold me is the ultimate determinate of the experience.
