We came in to pick up a small table we had ordered. It was ready to go. A nice gentleman caried it to the car for us and we were on our way in a few minutes. At home we assembled the end table easily. Trust me when I say we are not handy at all, but this was a breeze.
I was helped at the right time. My questions were answered.
The salesperson was very very nice, friendly and patient. He bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. Explained the process and how long everything would take. My wife and I are pleased. He even let me joke around with him and call him “Kris”.

The sales person Amy wasn’t pushy and very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. Amy took her time with me and she answered every question that I had. She was an outstanding sales lady.
The store representatives were extremely patient . They helped me with my furniture pieces and understood my desire to find the “right” pieces to put in my new home that is a brand new home . I was there until they closed and they did not rush me or make me feel like I was keeping them too long. Ashley has always shown great customer service and care.
