The entire experience was excellent! When I walked in the door of Ashley in Albany, Ga, I was greeted by Sandra. She asked what I was looking for and showed me several options that fit my specifications. She was patient and very informative. She knew just what to say and do. She gave me plenty of time to make up my own mind, offered her opinion and was not pushy.
Completing the finance application was a breeze. It only took a few minutes. This was a very pleasant experience,

I had visited several stores before making my final decision. I went to the Albany store and Mrs. Sandra was very helpful assisting me my wants. Even though, some items weren't available in store and online while using my phone, she was able to find it for me. She was very patient and kind as always!

Absolutely AWESOME experience at our Albany location. The store Manager Sandra Brown came and greeted me upon arrival but then left me alone to browse and contemplate my choices. She did check back in with me about half way through. I was probably there close to an hour. I will be purchasing during the upcoming Memorial Day sale so that I can get more bang for my buck! So refreshing to see true customer service as it SHOULD be. Thanks Sandra & God bless you.

The sales associate has customer service qualities. First he was professional, second he listen to what I was saying, and third he showed me around the store patiently, listening to my concerns and what I would like to have and begin pointing out some pieces that he felt I would be interested in. He gave me his full attention. Which I appreciate very much. Although I didn't make a purchase. It didn't stop him from assuring me that what I wanted if not today would eventually be there. What a great guy! And his attitude was awesome ! Therefore when I do find what I'm looking for, he will be the first that I reach out too. I don't have his card at the moment. However he's the tall Afro-American guy with the great smile at the Albany ga location. Thank you.
