Ms. Sandra, at the Albany, Georgia store, was very warm and personable as she assisted me. Her customer service was excellent, and I will be returning to make future purchases with her. PRIOR TO MEETING MS. SANDRA ON MAY 20, I had made up my mind to discontinue ANY further/future business with Ashley's because of my past buying experience with the Albany, Georgia Ashley's store. Because of Ms. Sandra, I purchased a bed, in hopes that this experience will be better.
