Greeted at entry but was given time to look around alone and then Janice came to see how I was doing. Appreciated that as sometimes sales people follow you around and it feels pressured.
We were treated very well, allowed to look around, then all questions were answered. It was a pleasant experience.

Delayed availability was not on my timelines, but will visit Ashley again when next furniture purchase is needed.
