This was our first time at a Ashley store from the beginning they welcomed us but let us look around then when we had questions they g ell o ed us. The salesman Austin was so nice and helpful. So we came back the n ext day and bought the dining room suite but also a king size bed we will be back to buy more furniture

Nathan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let us look and we didn't feel pressured. He even called back today to give us other options on our potential purchase.
We were greeted almost immediately as we entered the store by a very capable sales lady. My husband and I were interested in a small dinette set, and she showed us around the store. Although we didn't find exactly what were looking for, we were impressed at her knowledge, and willingness to help us find something suitable. We recently moved to Thomasville, GA, and we will go back to the store later, after we get settled, to look further.

Friendly and helpful
The sales woman was very helpful with finding the exact couch I had in mind even though it was not on the showroom floor.She impressed me with her nice demeanor and her warm friendly behavior as though she had known me all her life.Left the store without the purchase the 1st day but decided to go back to same store and order from her instead of going to a different Ashley's home store that was closer to my home because of her.
