We like the store ambience, we like that we weren't hounded and liked that our salesman was there to answer questions when we needed him. We like the selection Ashley has, just wish we didn't always have to order and wait.

What I like about the experience everybody was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant.
Our shopping experience felt like a discussion with good friends. Nathan at Thomasville’s Ashley was amazing. He was very personable and patient. He was most interested in ensuring we got what we wanted. We also liked the atmosphere of the store, which had a wide selection of its own, as well as much more to offer on its catalog kiosks.
Boomer was such a big help, I explained to him what I was looking for and he was ready to show me a set that was perfect! He wasn’t in a hurry and I like that.
