Every yoga class is physically challenging and inspiring. As a guy who grew up in weight rooms this workout is an incredible evolution from where I started. Core Power brings a local community feel with the consistent infrastructure of a corporate entity. 10/10 recommend.

I had tried yoga at other places and was embarrassed because I was not very good at it. Many years later, I decided to try again thinking it would help my body feel better after competing in my favorite sport. I was hooked after the first class! I love the small atmosphere allowing the teachers to help me do moves correctly. They always place emphasis on it being my own practice, so I’m actually not embarrassed and feel good about what I am able to do.
I love the sculpt class! It does the best job combining yoga and strength and is a fast paced class!

CorePower is such an amazing workout. But not only that, while you're getting a great workout in, you're also able to stretch and elongate muscles. The studio is always clean and staff is always warm & friendly. All instructors bring something different to the table. I always feel so refreshed after visiting CorePower Yoga - Park Road!
