Julia at corepower yoga park road was super helpful to me in getting set up online when the website wasn’t working for me. She probably stood with me for 30 min trying to figure out what was wrong and getting me the 3 free class promotion.

These are challenging classes, but the instructors make you feel welcome to work at your own pace. The themes and sequences are always well thought out and regular students have the opportunity to build upon what they did the week before. Highly recommend!
Everyone is always so helpful & welcoming, and my favorite part is that we're not rushed out the door after class. The invitation to leave on your own time is so refreshing. The instructors are great about demoing & also giving modifications.

I love Keisha’s classes! She’s such an amazing instructor and I get a new exciting experience every time. Her sequences are intentional, and allow a deeper connection to self & your yoga practice. Core power facility is also a very great place to practice.

Matthew is an excellent instructor. He always has high energy , encourages as we go through class, is very knowledgeable of proper form and technique, and is just the nicest guy!!
It was good! I was next to the door to the outside in studio 1 so it was always kinda cold.
The energy in this studio is always the right vibe. People remember who you are always willing to assist. I feel comfortable with the COVID-19 safety measures. Catrina and Matt are great instructors.
I am new to this core power studio and Matthew made me feel so welcome. He is an amazing teacher as well with high energy and a great yoga voice!

I liked the variety of classes and times that you offer. It's nice there are two studios so you can offer more.
I love Ramona, Matt and Ilas classes so much at the park rd location. They’re challenging yet the instructors energy is always super calming and easy understand.
Personal preference but sometimes the music is way too loud for me, it makes it hard to focus when it gets turned up during cardio etc.
