I really love the teachers and classes. I will say that I wish it wasn’t so hot for the sculpt classes. I truly thought I was going to faint last week… not good and I don’t understand why the extra heat during the whole class it important.

I loved the energy from the moment you walk into the studio, so welcoming! Uplifting environment! Great to use with ClassPass If like me and don’t prefer hot yoga because of medical reasons but love yoga so C1 was sufficient. Would love to be able to take a sculpt or C2.
