I love the energy of the workers and customers. The studio and facility is very clean.
The instructors and the energy of the classes. The Yoga Sculpt classes are my favorite, and I am enjoying the Yoga PowerX classes as well. The traditional Yoga classes are a nice recovery class for the intensity of the other classes. I enjoy when the classes aren't repetitive so keeping them dynamic with good music is really important. Overall, I love coming to CPY and am very glad that I have found a place that fits me in what I am looking at for fitness and keeps me motivated to come every day.

Friendly staff. Clean studio. Would prefer the actual yoga room be a “quiet zone”. Lots of chatter before classes which I don’t like.

The trainers all have their own unique style but challenge you and motivate you to achieve whatever goals you have on your mat each day. There is a good selection of classes and class times.

Excellent instruction! Recommend having sweat towels available, spray water bottles for mats, and cold towels at the end!
Great community of people and fabulous, full body workouts. The heated room provides the added bonus of detox and heart rate increase. Everyone is on their own pace, and the no pressure approach that the teachers take makes it easy to be comfortable.

I really like the teachers and the size of the studio. I also like the different classes that are offered.
One change I would like to see is some sort of suggested layout for yoga mats. Not always, but often, people just put their yoga mats down without thinking about how other people are going to fit in the studio. I think it would be helpful to have suggested mat placements on the floor so that when classes are more full people can easily adjust to fit additional mats.
