I like the friendly staff and the community vibe of the studio. I like how the bathroom and studio space feels clean and well taken care. The heat/humidity is usually just right for what my body needs. I love the music and energy of the classes, as well as the intentional/creative sequences that most teachers put together.

I love the aerobic aspect of the yoga classes. With little time on mu hands I can combine sculpt and yoga in an hour, just what I was looking for.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and kind. The facility itself was amazing. The women’s locker room was kept really clean and the workout room was a good space.

The staff is the best. They are always super friendly and most know me by name. The location is convenient to where I live and they offer a variety of classes and times so even if my work hours aren't the best I can still make a workout to feel better. There space is also very clean, which I greatly appreciate.

I completely understand that it's a hot studio, however, sometimes the heat can get overwhelming in sculpt. Only in sculpt, though.
