The trainer Tiffany was very personal and motivating. She gave us positive feedback to encourage us to keep moving. Thw only reason I wouldnt have signed up immediately is because I live 30 minutes out, so it is hard for me to make it to the studio on a regular basis with my job. Loved the class though!

Enthusiastic team, every class is challenging enabling the students to try / explore new capabilities and limits. Some local studios are more workout oriented which is great, but it is always good to learn and CorePower does that for me.

Love your classes but would love to see yoga sculpt offered at the 9:30am time slot a couple times a week. Would definitely come to your studio more!
