I absolutely love the studio. This is the first time that I have found a routine similar to Bickram that I have been practicing for a while. Luis is a great instructor. Sad that the class is mostly offered at 4:30 or 9:30, a complicated schedule for someone like me who works.
Why you dont consider to alternate and offer more options for working women?

I love the teachers and the flow of the classes, particularly the Yoga Sculpt. I don't know of any other studios in my area that have a class like this which keeps me coming back!

Front desk is always friendly and if I get there early there are plenty of spaces inside and outside to slowly transition from the day to yoga time.
I love how knowledgeable the instructors are at CPY. The classes are a great workout, but I also feel like I learn something to expand my practice each time. They are also inspiring- mini therapy session : ) Plus, the studio is so pretty!
