I love how much I've learned and grown, the smiling faces at reception, and the variety of classes. I like that I feel like I had a really good work out at the end, especially in Sculpt classes. But I especially like C2's and how challenging and fun they are.
I had Lauren and she was great! Level of voice was perfect, yoga flow design was great, and perfect level for someone like me who knows basic moves but would like to learn a few slightly more complicated moves.

I had a great C2 session for the first time since the start of covid. It totally made me realize how much I’ve missed Corepower and I will definitely resume my membership. I’ve been really struggling to find a workout that I like lately and this class with Lauren was an awesome reminder of what I like to do to stay active.
Fantastic instruction and cues. Maybe C2 needs to be a little more challenging sometimes. Not enough offerings for classes though on weekends!

I love Mrs. Keisha Battles! Her classes are amazing and I think it’s special she knows the regulars name! Her instructions is clear & she talks you through everything. I love that! I love how clean core is! I really like the Park Rd location.
