Locker rooms and equipment are always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Had a small issue with the massage chairs since they weren’t working previously. (and left a less than 10 star review) However, a PF employee called was able to address and my concerns very quickly and fixed the problem. It’s nice they are attentive and care about these surveys.

For starters, when y’all switched over to Planet Fitness, I was unsure whether to keep my membership. But, because of Jerry, the GM, I chose to stay! He has been here since I’ve been here, and his expertise with this gym, is what sold me to stay with you! He is always very welcoming, and professional everytime I visit, and always eager to assist me when I have questions or concerns! He is for sure, the life of this gym!
Equipment is new, works most of the time, and the staff is conscientiously often cleaning, which I appreciate.
