Mathnasium Carlsbad is awesome. The staff members: math coaches and owner are so professional, nice, and encouraging. The owner and manager, Kristen took so much time and interest in my son to make sure we all felt comfortable and well informed with what we were signing up for. My son who is shy, felt so excited and happy attended Mathnasium and always said he had so much fun there. In just a few short months, he advanced tremendously in Math. I am impressed and feel so fortunate we have a local Mathnasium here in Carlsbad!

My son loves Mathnasium! They are always flexible and ready to help my son prepare and stay on top of his math studies.
Mathnasium helps my child so much. The online transition is very difficult though. I have lost hundreds of dollars in tutoring costs that have resulted in missed tutoring due to the refund policy and online format. Normally, you go in for tutoring when your ready. Now, you have to schedule an appointment far in advance; and if you miss it, you lose your money and there is NO flexibility to extend a session by even a minute. On top of that, my son literally completes half the amount of work he would in an in- person session. I will have to find another solution to the problems on-line tutoring is presenting because it simply is not as valuable.
Great program, my 7 years old looks forward for her online classes, connect very well with the instructors, Mathnasium became. part of her weekly routine, she is ahead of her grade level and shows a lot of confidence in her math skills.
My kids are doing much better in math after we put them in Mathnasium. Teachers have noticed a better attitude towards math.
The staff at the North Carlsbad facility are awesome. They know how to make math fun for a child that struggles with math. They are patient and understand each child's needs.
It's a great place to learn and very beneficial for my daughter, my daughter improved a lot in math during the last 3 years, she always gets %95 in her math test.

Our Daughter has flourished at Mathnasium. We call it her happy place. The instructors are top notch and make it feel like home everyone we are there. Our daughter had fallen Behind in Math and needed a confidence boost. Math is now her favorite subject and she received a 4.0 after her first semester of middle school!
My son went from struggling in math, to saying he wants to become a mathematician and getting 100% on his tests! His little brother is also begging us to sign him up. I think that says it all.:)
We love Mathnasium! This has been a year of so much uncertainty and change for our daughter and Mathnasium has remained a constant. We have been able to do all virtual lessons as that is what works for our family right now. I know She misses the teachers at our center so much and we hope to get back soon. Delia has managed to have an A in Math every semester of this pandemic and I know Mathnasium has a lot to do with that!
