X3 is the quintessential fight gym. You walk in and you are immediately greeted by staff athletes who treat you like family. Everyone there makes everyone better. sometimes I often think did the term iron sharpens iron come from this place?

X3 Marietta is one giant family. I have only taken a few classes and I feel like I joined up with one huge family that is all supporting and driving everyone else's goals. Everyone is extremely supportive and encouraging, not a shred of negativity to be found in any of the classes or with any of the members, staff or coaches. X3 is an outstanding place to train.

I am pretty out of shape, but everyone there is very supportive and encouraging without being patronizing. This includes all the instructors I have trained with and the other members as well. Instructors are always curious as to what it is you want to work on in a given class and seem to have a good feel for what they can legitimately expect from you and tailor their instruction accordingly. As I become more comfortable with the basics, instructors are able to accurately gauge my progress and show me more advanced techniques.
