I need you to understand that most people don't recommend hairdressers to others -- even excellent ones. Making your default question, "how likely are you to recommend Sport Clips - Northfield to a friend or business associate?" is getting lower ratings than the service deserves, because people taking the question literally will give low numbers.
I'm giving a 10, because the service I received was excellent and these ratings probably have an impact on your staff.
But if these answers impact your staff's compensation in any way, ie. bonuses, or raises, it's completely unfair to them that you ask this question.

I like the remote view of the wait time, the wait list, and the ability to submit my name to the queue after reviewing the current wait time. It's also a 2-minute drive from work so quick access. I was in and out in 16 minutes for my last visit which was wonderful. They also record how I like my hair cut so I don't need to tell them every time.
