I like the remote view of the wait time, the wait list, and the ability to submit my name to the queue after reviewing the current wait time. It's also a 2-minute drive from work so quick access. I was in and out in 16 minutes for my last visit which was wonderful. They also record how I like my hair cut so I don't need to tell them every time.

Service was prompt and friendly. The stylist made my preschooler comfortable and she took her time to get the cut just right.
