The only problem has been receiving shipments. There have been some instances of product shipped from Buelton CA to me in Merced CA which isn’t too far and it went on circuitous routes out of state and one time it never arrived and was untraceable.
UPS blamed it on the labels not showing the address or coming off or something like that, which I relayed to Platinum Performance in CA.
Horses take it readily.
Have been using less than 1 year, so not really sure of benefits yet.
I have had several problems with the Auto-ship aspect the last 2 cycles in product not being shipped on time and running out. I'm on a 56 day cycle but product arrives at about 60 day intervals. and that's after I've called Customer Service to find out where it is.
The skin and allergy works great and always comes very quickly.

I believe in quality control and I think Platinum Performance offers that. And get these large pails shipped to me which can be used over and over do not get thrown out therefore they don’t add to the litter of our environment.

The horse loves it! Platinum GI smells (and tastes) like a fresh bran muffin. It’s instrumental in getting him to eat his EPM medications, like Platinum Vit E. and his antibiotics.

Martimeo has many show miles on hus joints. The platinum CJ really relieves his stiffness in all his joints. I am glad that I have a product to administer to him which the product makes him move better
