It has kept my very scratches sensitive horse pretty much scratches free for the past 5 years, or if he had it, it was a mild case. Before feeding him PP, he would have chronic scratches that went very severe.
It seems to provide our older boy with more mobility.
I started using Platinum Performance on my show miniature horses a few years ago. My 29 year old Arab has been on Equine Platinum Performance for about 7 years,2 scoops per day. I add it to his Senior feed. Our horse had low blood platelets and was anemic. Our vet recommended we put him on Platinum Performance. When we took him back in 7 weeks his blood platlets were much better and he was no longer anemic. We are still working on his liver count as it was still high and of course his platelets. His blood work was much, much better.
