They are good products that are fresh.....and they work! Our Irish Draft has had a full recovery from his deep flexor tendon surgery and we believe that platinum products had a great impact on the recovery!

It is hard to note what I like most as I am so satisfied with all aspects of the products. I love the shine in the horses coats, the easy in feeding, even the aroma.
Unfortunately one of my horses had to go to UC Davis for treatment after a pasture accident. Davis was happy to learn that the horse was on Platinum Performance as a specific ingredient (Vitamin E in this case) was going to be administered to the horse (in a larger doseage) to help enhance healing. Davis gave PP a big 'thumbs up".
Vet recommended. I attribute a large part of the excellent health of my 28 yr old paint horse to his daily doses of Platninum Performance.
In June our 24 year old AQHA looked like a ten year old, all shed off and shiny. The younger 19 yr old still had some winter hair - until we started feeding him the Platinum Performance, within 2 weeks he was nice & shiny also.

We have been feeding Platinum Performance Plus to our dog for 8 years and he went from not being able to stand up after a day of activity to being able to jump into the back of our pickup. We are life-long Platinum Performance Plus people and have recommended your product to all of our friends, canine and human, who have joint-related discomfort!
Proven performance, however, I would like to provide some interesting feedback to your development department. I have 2 performance horses on Platinum Performance CR....one horse does just fine on the program while the other (registered pinto paint 16.2 hand very atheletic horse) I have to limit his intake of the product. It changes his behavior. On the product, he becomes very aggressive, "flighty", and somewhat difficult to manage. Off the PP-CR product and he is just a docile as can be. I'm very interested on what your development department has to say about this change in behavior. I am thrilled with the results of your products! My 17 year old is starting to have metabolic issues and the Chromium and Platinum Performace for him have been a winning combintation... My 6 year old broke out with a skin allergy problem this fall and was literally losing patches and clumps of hair and the Platinum Performace and the Skin & Allery did wonders... he looks fabulous - good as new... The quality of the product, it is a far superior product to others I have tried. I started using it with my cats upon recommendation from my cats-only vet. The benefits were visible right from the start with my animals.
The customer service is excellent and extremely knowledgable. I have been using it now daily for 7 years and would not do without it for any of my animals.

I only buy the Chromium from you - but when I need to order it I always have a very positive interaction with your staff. I am now on the auto ship program and think it's a great service. I think you have excellent Customer Service. I have a PPID/IR horse, so I must be careful regards sugar and starch content of any additives I use. Labeling is important to those of us with compromised horses so if you could suggest carriers other than sugar based sweets it would be helpful. Thanks and glad to be a customer! K M
