Your products work just fine. I've noticed a large turnover in techs and management at the tomah facility in the last four years. They do a good job, just never see the same one twice.
Regular, thorough maintenance on our neutralize keeps water at constant pH providing h2o quality and keeps from getting pinhole leaks in copper plumbing!

I like that the young man carries the heavy salt down my basement steps, fills the water softener and takes the bags with him. If I can't be home and my dog is with me, I can leave the front door open with a note and when I get home, the note (indicating the door is unlocked) has been removed from my front door and placed on my kitchen island. Great service.

Excellent product. We have a water softener and neutralizer. They both do an excellent job and we enjoy home delivery of salt and neutralier. Culligan is a first class company that notifies you before coming and changes their schedule to accomodate you. We highly recommend them.

Our water is much better since Culligan installed a mineral filter years ago. We are on our 2nd filter rented from Culligan. Always timely service and they send a reminder when we need to set up mineral fills and maintenance on filter.

Good company to work with
I never see anyone when the water gets replaced. I don't know who is at the church to help. I do however like the water!
Being able to have help with my salt, although expensive, is why I use Culligan. The customer service is always chipper and friendly when I call to pay my bill. The salt delivery people are exceeding engaging also…important to a continually aging customer!
The delivery man was polite, letting me know that he was in my garage and coming in to deliver salt. He let me know how many bags of salt were needed to fill the water softener. Lights are always turned off when he leaves. Good job!
