I never see anyone when the water gets replaced. I don't know who is at the church to help. I do however like the water!
Being able to have help with my salt, although expensive, is why I use Culligan. The customer service is always chipper and friendly when I call to pay my bill. The salt delivery people are exceeding engaging also…important to a continually aging customer!
The delivery man was polite, letting me know that he was in my garage and coming in to deliver salt. He let me know how many bags of salt were needed to fill the water softener. Lights are always turned off when he leaves. Good job!
