After I sent in a "0" rating I received a personal phone call from Tim, the owner, who really wanted to hear about and understand what I wrote about! It was refreshing and totally different than what I have grown used to from brands and companies that field online customer satisfaction survey's.
Tim not only called once, he followed up just as he said he promised and I will highly recommend your service because Tim worked with me to solve my problems and made sure my relationship with his company and brand was delivering the service we signed up for.
