Eric Bartch is very professional. He actually showed up when he said he would and followed up with me a week later. He suggested a re-charge to see if the old system was working first. He walked me through all the options. We went with the rental option, the carbon filter, salt and reverse osmosis. These guys will be carrying the 50lbs bags of salt into the basement for us and checking on the gear on a regular basis. Nate, who installed the system, was so patient to explain things to me every step of the way. He was mindful of our floors transporting the new equipment in and old stuff out. He had his work cut out for him. He hooked up the lines for reverse osmosis to refrigerator, and the sink. He pulled the old copper lines. He separated the the soft from the de-chlorinated water for outside. We have a new-to-us-house from the 1890's, so Nate also was the detective to discern the correct and incorrect work the previous owner/loving hands did with the red and blue pipes. He doubled checked his work. He worked clean. We are very happy for the updated system. We can see and taste the difference immediately! We are happy with our Culligan products and guys! the service is fantastic
Our water quality has improved tremendously. No more rusty water! The only area I'd like to see improvement in is salt delivery.....there is no time set so we have to sit and wait until they arrive. Even an approximate time would be nice.....like between 9 and 11 or 11 to 12.

adjusted brane rate down.

Clean water and no issues
The new system seems to work good. I like that it is supposed to recycle based on our usage. It has been recycling based on time vs usage. It was recently adjusted to extend the time so it would recycle more closely with the usage. Only one system, softening, was adjusted. The other system was not. I am wondering why both systems can't be set to recycle based on usage. It seems like that would be the most efficient operation.
