Tim Walker (technician) was absolutely AMAZING! He not only did a thorough inspection, he explained his findings in detail and made a number of very useful recommendations.
I was also impressed how he inspected some very hard to get to crawl space areas, measured humidity in wood and pointed out mold spots.
