Service persons do a good job. Tough Spring as it essentially started in late January. A few rounds needed to knock back weeds, etc. - but we eventually got there.
Ephraim was an outstanding tech who was very experienced, took care of our problem, and was very friendly. He also encouraged us to call back if we continued to have a problem. He did an excellent and thorough job!
The technician, Steven, does a great job.
Am disappointed that I was notified of a service date and nobody showed up. I waited a week and had to call to about the status. Was advised the original date was moved and in the process of moving it, it was dropped completely. If I hadn't called about it, there would of been no service for that month. Nobody knew why this happened,

It works......I have not seen any type of pest since I first contacted you for service. You notify me when you will be here to spray outside. Your service is just as you said it would be.

I like that it controls the bugs inside thehouse but you don't spray inside the house. Derek does a wonderful job.
