Every one knows their business and is willing to answer any question we have. Also, if we have an issue someone comes out quickly to address the problem. I have the best looking lawn, palms and shrubs around!
We just started our service with Arrow. The Pest Control Service Tech was very friendly and explained the service, what he did around the house and when he would be back. He said for us to call at anytime if we have questions or see any suspicious activity in and around the house.
We love our tech Colleen! She is amazing and is always making sure that our house is free of pests.

Your service man Ed has been so very helpful whenever I've had a bug problem. A young man who covered for Ed while he was recuperating was not. He tried to tell me I was in severe need of a termite service when your termite Inspector said there were no problems. I don't like being scammed.
