Your employee, Pam is always here on time and is very friendly. She does a great job and I have no bugs and the spray does a great job controlling the ants. If I did have a problem they would send someone out immediately to take care of it.

First and foremost, Bug Out is a very efficient company.....they responded to our request to us about the possibly of obtaining pest control services right away...explained the scope of their services, the cost, etc and when we decided to become a customer, they made an appointment that week, called to confirm and then showed up on time. And within 24 hours, they provided us with an inspection report detailing what they did and what they found. The pest control tech was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and offered to have us call him if ever we felt the need. It was obvious they are a customer focused company and we would recommend them to anyone needing pest control services.
