Excellent, excellent technician (Matthew Miller) and great office staff. The chemicals Arrow uses are used with great care and consideration (as per customer's request) and there's never a chemical smell. If you desire, they call and tell you they are coming. Perfect in every way - oh, yes...a long time ago we had palmettos (yuk!) Now we haven't seen a bug in years and years and years! (RnR Heller)
