I like the email heads-up the day before Bug Out has scheduled the tech to arrive. I also like the way a seasoned tech made several follow-up visits to retreat an ant infestation that resulted from a tech who had failed to fully treat as was required in the past; it's now under control.
You didn't ask about anything that I don't like - but ... I'm disappointed that the tech no longer removes spider webs from under the eaves and near the shutters as had been done in the past.
