I had a small ant problem that lasted about 2 years. The technician (Brian) stuck with it, even calling in additional help. After the last treatment, it appears to have worked. No sign of live ants for about a week now.
The staffs and customer service are professional levels but we have not seen the best results yet since our house is still under construction. Look forward to resolving the issues.
