I’m truly impressed with Juri’s work to correct my ongoing ant infestation: Although the problem has not been solved, I believe he’s on the right track, because I’m seeing only a few ants now. Vernon Massengil’s routine service had kept the house free of ants, but the ants returned when he left. Treatments by the tech who replaced him didn’t stop the ants; they thrived, despite repeated call-backs.
I’m disappointed that Stephen Strycharz failed to aggressively treat for ants during the crawlspace encapsulation as he had stated. Thank you for assigning Juri to solve my ant infestation issue!

They let you know that they are present. No surprises.
We are no longer seeing bugs inside the home. We were with our previous pest control service for almost 20 years. We often had to request them to follow up on a previous service and they would come back and give all types of excuses—the change in weather etc. once we switched to Arrow we have never to do a recall and we no longer have any bugs entering the home.
