Hi! This is the first time I am unhappy with service. Tim was out on Tuesday to put in my new better termite treatment. He came into the house, which Matt did not tell me he would come in. Guess it was a new service. He went into the kitchen, asked if I had concerns. Ants was my biggest concern. He looked in cupboards, found nothing. Told him about the bigger ants in my bathroom. He said he would get them outside. He put in the new termite containers. I did not see him spray. I looked out to see he was gone. In thirty minutes or less he put over 10 new termite containers, sprayed all around the house and dusted the outside clear of bees. He put a sign in the yard and he was gone. I went out front to look at what work he did. He did not remove old termite containers. The new green ones he put in are crooked, wondering how the lawn mower will not hit them and break them. I realize the old grey ones are buried and grass grows over them but the new green ones, well I am unhappy at the quality of the way it looks. Hard to believe he could spray around the house, put new termite containers in and dust, and be done in thirty minutes or less???
