Bugout's representatives are very professional. I like being notified, when they arrive. I feel I can trust that services noted were actually provided. On the rare occasion, I have an issue, between visits. your office responds immediately. Bug Out makes me feel like I'm their most important customer, even though I only have a small lot & home. I appreciate getting a discount for paying a year in advance and that your prices have remained consistent. (Not an easy accomplishment).
