The technician is always the same person, which I appreciate. He is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He rings my doorbell, lets me know what he plans on doing, how long it will take, and answers any questions I might ask. That's it! He makes sure our termite protection is fully functioning and then he's gone. All done quickly, professionally, and quietly. I'd highly recommend Bug Out Services.
