The last employee sent to my house, I think his name is James Cummings is very nice and courteous. I told him we had been a customer for almost 2-3 years already and I think he was the first one to come inside the house and check the windows and garage. He told me that should be part of the inspection everytime they come.
Knowledgeable service men came to my home - explained everything to me. Did a great job around my home, did not do a rush job.
