I love the energy of the studio and teachers. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and accepting. I enjoy the mix of spiritual aspects of yoga and meditation are incorporated with the intense physical practice. It is a great mix in each class.

I love yoga sculpt at 6am, but would love it if you had offer it at 5:30 a couple of times a week.

Nice clean studio with 2 workout rooms. Staff is amazing. I am always feeling refreshed after each class.

I love the atmosphere, the fact that you can refill your water bottle, I love that weights and towels and yoga blocks are provided for you, and I love the heat! Thank you for my free week :)

The facility was clean. Parking was easy. Most of all, the yoga instructor was fantastic! They are the ones that really make the class wonderful. From the minute I walked in the door, she greeted me warmly and kept the positive vibes going throughout the class from beginning to end. She was kind, helpful and a big reason for me returning to class.
Instructors, and instructors in training are very good!
I'd like to see more clothing if possible.
