I went to a class by Analeise 75 minutes on a Saturday morning. It was fabulous. I LOVE that the studios in your area offer adjustments with china gel, and before class offer people a chance to decline adjustments. I also LOVE that you don't use any scents in your classes. I'm allergic to many fragrances (including lavendar). When I visit San Diego, I never have to worry. I wish I lived closer, I would go to that class every week. Great teacher, graciously greeted me, checked in after class - all around fabulous. I'd come back again.

The instructors are so nice and I like the variety of their teaching techniques in the C2 classes. I need to attend more often as I always feel great when I leave a class.
The instructors are always energetic and helpful during class. The locker rooms are meticulously clean and all the yogis are so friendly!
Environment
While I've only had a few of the teachers, I have liked them all. Varied classes, meaning they change things up. Joshua is a great Scupt teacher. Some of the teachers really don't use the weights and others don't honor the yoga. Ashley is so wonderful as a C2 teacher, her instructions are clear and the classes are always interesting.
