The flexibility, adaptability and understanding. You are patient working with the parents and provide great support to the kiddos. There is no hard pressure to sign up for anything, but more of a commitment to help the kids on whatever type of budget you have.

I liked the personal attention that my boys received. They were greeted by name. They received individualized tutoring that targeted their weaknesses while reinforcing grade level mathematics as well. I loved that we could have testing along the way to gauge progress and fine-tune their programs. Miss Jennifer always greeted all of us with a warm smile and Miss Marianne was also so thorough during the parent-teacher conferences. Thanks for all you have done for me and my boys.
As we wind down as current program, it is reassuring to know that if we need a refresher or encounter new gaps down the road, that Sylvan of Glendale is just a phone call away.
