We have not been pleased with your service since Jake left your East Cobb office. Lot of turnover it seems. It felt like we were getting quick in and out service. But Joe has brought back the pride of work and service excellence we expected (and demand). He was very careful and thorough in his inspection and applications. Frankly, we were about to cancel our service but now we will not. Give this guy a raise....don't lose him.
